The product was nicely packaged, very professional. Packaging gave me feeling that the product would also be of good quality. It seems to be working fine on my Lenovo ThinkPad. The cord length is longer than some others; nice bonus. Good value.

The charger works very well. It is fast and easy to use. I especially like using it when I am traveling out of the country since it has a simple plug at the end which easily fits into a plug adapator. Other chargers are large at the end; like an Apple or Asus charger and they are often too heavy to plug into a wall in Europe or Southeast Asia. I highly recommend it.

One star review and I purchased 3? Here's the story. About 18 months ago I purchased one of these to replace an OEM Dell charger I left in a hotel room. I have an XPS 13. I noticed that if the laptop battery was very low (3%) this charger would stutter charge the computer if you were still using it (charging indicator would blink on and off indicating the computer was pulling more current than the charger could deliver). I would have to close the laptop for 10 minutes or so and let the battery charge a little before I could open the laptop up and use it normally while plugged in. That charger died a few months ago. I figured that it lasted over a year and that was not too bad for a cheap Chinese product so I purchased 2 more. 29 days using the first one and now it is dead. It acted exactly like the first one insofar as it could deliver a clean 65W at full draw. The second one is being used on a Thinkpad X13 Ryzen. It stutter charges that laptop as well. I'm quite sure the third one will be dead soon as well. For optimal battery health, the battery should be allowed to run down very low before charging. This charger is not up to that task.

This power cord works perfectly and the price was right! My teenage son gives it quite a workout with his laptop and he has had no problems with it. We particularly like that the adapter fits tightly into the laptop and that it comes out at a right angle, not straight as so many of them do. We would definitely buy other Pwr+ products in the future.

Worked perfectly for more than 1 year, not sure if I can totally blame the product quality as it fell from my bed a couple of times, but it worked after those specific cases.

Using this adapter for my Razer Blade Stealth 2017. It is a good replacement with a longer cable length which you might love and hate depending on your usage. It has 2x the length of the stock adapter which allows you to have a longer reach. However, the longer cord also means added weight when carrying the adapter along with you. However, the 3-prong power cable could be replaced with something shorter. The power LED indicator is a good addition to the adapter which most stock USB-C adapters do not have.

The charger seems heavy duty and is working great so far (unlike the Toshiba-branded one that came with my laptop that failed after less than 3 months). It is bulkier than my other USB-C chargers, so maybe not ideal for travel purposes, but using it at my desk I am 100% satisfied so far. Price is good too.

Bought this in Sept 2025 and now in Dec 2025, it stopped working. The blue light remains on but the laptop is not charging. Tried my wife's charger and the laptop chargers, so I know it's this charger. There are many 1-star rating for similar. The manufacturer probably needs to use a heavier gauge cable between the charger and the connectio to the laptop.
