Do these need to be installed or does it already come with some in place?** A: They are in place **Q: Will this fit my Pro S244T ?** A: yes ,this is only a key assembly though in other words you unscrew the 6 or 8 screws lift up then replace with new one **Q: is the o ring glued in like Haywards?
