If You Have Lots Of Pens This Case Is For You
I have a large collection of fountain pens with different coloured ink in every one. In the past I used a pencil case that held only a fraction of the pens I own, the problem being there was no way to figure out which pen had a particular color ink because the pens rolled around ending up in random positions. This case made a difference for me, I was able to keep a specific pen in a specific place and thus could draw up a key as to what color could be found where. The case works really well, comfortably fits the promised number of pens and once it's filled with pens seems sturdy and tough. I'm a little worried about how the elastic loops which hold the pens are going to wear, but if they don't wear well,I don't see it as a limitation, I'm sure the case will last for a year or two, if necessary, after that, given how reasonably priced the case is, I will purchase a new one. In a nutshell the case works well and is good value for money.

Perfect for Storing Moderately Priced Pens
This is a storage case for my fountain pens. My small collection expanded when my died and I wanted to keep his mostly for sentimental value. This does the job. Personally I store them nib up, but when I am about to use them, I store them flat. Either way this case is perfect. The loops are strong but not stiff. The longest pens I have fit as do the fatter pens too. The bands can hold, ink sample vials, but only for around town. I would reccommend storing ink in another container for air travel. Plenty of room, quality bands and can use to store vertically or flat.

Spacious and protective case for fountain pen collections
With 48 slots, this fountain pen case is an excellent way to organize a growing collection. The PU leather cover feels sturdy and well stitched, giving it a professional look and good durability for everyday use. Each pen sits securely in its own elastic loop, so there is little risk of them bumping into each other or getting scratched. I like the zipper and structured design too; it makes it easy to take the case along when I travel without worrying about pens slipping out or being damaged. The case does get a bit bulky when fully loaded, but that is a small trade off for the convenience of having everything neatly in one place at home or on the go. Overall this is a great investment for anyone who wants to keep their pens safe, organized, and ready to use.

Great storage
This is just what I was looking for, it holds my pens nice and tight, even my small kaweco sport is secure. Had it since september and it has kept going since then. Nice, sturdy material. Tip when using this, when storing your pens, face the pen clip to the side because otherwise it wont close, but once the pen is adjusted, it closes just fine

This is really an excellent value
I've paid several times this amount for something like this. Yes, they've been nice leather with lots of padding. This is thinner and lightweight, but is every bit as functional. It'll hold a nice big Pelikan M800 (or 48 of 'em) and the light weight has its virtues. It will travel well and it will make an excellent go-bag in the event evacuation is neccessary, which is the reason I bought it. I live in southern California. :-)

My 6th purchase
This is my 6th purchase of this pen storage notebook. That should speak for itโs quality.

It's okay. But there are limitations.
This pouch tried SO hard, but it just didn't quite rise above mediocre. It's only $10, so it's not going to be ultra quality. It's not leather. It's not even "vegan leather". It's _pleather,_ and not good pleather at that. But it holds pens. They don't fall out. But there's so much room for improvement that wouldn't cost that much. Add a buck to the price and make it a nice pleather pouch. The pens are secured in the pouch with a flap that folds over and under a thin strip of pleather near the tops of the pen sleeves. Well, not FOLDS so much as bends. Amidst way too much cracking and buckling noises, it gives in to urgings and bows down and under the retaining strip. Seriously, I always feel that I should examine the material for cracks every time. It never folds at the same horizontal line, it wavers and feels like over dried cardboard bucking unevenly. Suggestion: make some shallow grooves on the inner surface, to relieve stress and let it fold over more easily. The pockets you slide your own into technically works...but they're a tad short. They're long enough that a pen won't fall out if the flap is secured, but if it was 1/4-3/8" deeper, the pen clips, if they have one, would engage with the top edge of each pocket and at least give it that little extra security. The pockets are deep enough for most pens, but something like a Sailor Fude De Mannen, or a Conklin All-American, are too long, and the flap will not fold over them and engage the strap. So a bit more depth might help. From a distance the pouch looks nice. Up close, it's clearly plastic. The edges are melt-smoothed, and look it. The texture is far too even, and appears to go to a uniform depth. Which is reasonable, since it was hot pressed into the plastic. Last, the brown color is perfectly regular, no changes in color intensity or depth that might suggest real leather better. And the color is like a TV picture of brown with the contrast lowered to make it ever so slightly gray. Not a patina, but a uniform lack of contrast making the entire surface look dull. And being bad pleather, you can't put polish on it, or leather dressing, or even wax! Because, to paraphrase Arnold Horshack, "it slides right off!" In conclusion, the thing works. Does what it says on the tin. But I haven't seen such a mediocre effort spent to achieve such a low basic functionality in my life. I've bought the pens to fill this case that cost $3, and had better results... And came from the same place, China. Some of my cheapest pens have startled me with their attention to detail and effort to not just be minimally functional, but to do their jobs well. This pouch is okay for someone who just wants to keep a few pens in something. But not much more than that.

Great for teachers
As someone who loves to use fountain pens, I don't like leaving them at work, so I always carry them with me. However, I'm not the type to just stick a fountain pen in my pocket and hope that I remembered to cap it. With this, my worries are eased. The straps are a little tight but they handle most fountain pens with ease. However, it is a little narrow so while it'll fit TWSBis easily, they're a little too snug if you have multiples together.
