I bought this cleanser because my usual one was out of stock, and I’m really glad I gave it a try. The texture is quite dense and creamy, like many Korean cleansers — it doesn’t drip and foams up nicely in the hand. You only need a small amount, so it lasts a long time. It doesn’t fully remove heavy makeup, but as a second step after micellar water or an oil cleanser, it works perfectly. Leaves my skin feeling clean, fresh and not tight or dry. What really stood out is how gentle the formula is — I have super sensitive skin, and this didn’t cause any redness or irritation. I even checked the ingredients with Yuka app and nothing problematic came up. No fragrance overload, no harsh surfactants — just clean and balanced skin. If you have sensitive or reactive skin, I can definitely recommend this. Bonus: it’s vegan and pH-balanced too!

I bought this after being amazed by the quality of their moisturiser, which is incredible. This lives up to & exceeds expectations. My skin ends up mildly sore & really dry with most products I've tried, but this one doesn't do that at all. It's so gentle & washes off easily too, leaving no residue you sometimes find with heavier cleansers. There's virtually no scent either so if you're sensitive to smells, you'll be okay with this. It's effective at cleansing. Sometimes you do need to use twice if you're using it to remove make-up, but you should probably be using other products to wash make-up away anyway.

I gave it to someone else. Its a bit drying for me.

Disappointed with this cleanser as it's striped my skin. Not buying is again, there are better options on the market

It was ok to remove makeup but it started making my skin feel squeaky clean and I started getting very red when I had finished taking off my makeup. I stopped using it and my skin gradually got better. I don't think it's as gentle as claimed.

Sanfter Reiniger in einer Tube, mit der man sehr fein dosieren kann. Eine Tube hält ewig. Wer etwas noch sanfteres sucht, kann den Mugwort Cleanser vom I'm from versuchen.

El DearKlairs Limpiador facial negro suave es un excelente limpiador facial. Tiene un pH bajo y un acabado hidratante que deja la piel fresca y suave después de cada uso. La fórmula cremosa hace que la aplicación sea muy agradable, y me gusta que elimina eficazmente el polvo fino y las impurezas, dejándome la piel limpia sin resecarla. El único inconveniente fue que la caja llegó un poco destrozada, aunque el producto en sí venía en perfecto estado. El limpiador es muy suave con la piel, y lo he estado usando a diario sin problemas, por lo que lo recomiendo si buscas algo suave y efectivo.

I have very sensitive skin, and most cleansers either dry me out or leave me feeling greasy. This one strikes the perfect balance. The texture is smooth and creamy, and it lathers just enough without stripping my skin. My face feels clean but still soft afterward—no tightness at all. It has a light, pleasant scent that isn’t overpowering, and I’ve noticed my skin looking calmer and more even since I started using it. It’s now part of my daily routine, morning and night.

I’ve ordered this product 4 times now, never going back!! Leaves my face feeling fully cleansed and moisturized as well
