This product is fantastic!!! I had a knee replacement and the design is perfect... It wraps around and under the whole knee (ice on tops and under) and ices the whole knee. The way the straps connect keeps the whole wrap in place no matter wher you position the leg / knee. Very cleverly designed and worth every penny!!!!

I bought this for my son after his elbow surgery (they took cartilage from his knee), and it’s been fantastic for helping with swelling and recovery. The wrap design makes it easy to use, it stays cold for a long time, and it fits securely around the knee without slipping.One thing to note: it can get very cold directly on the skin. We had to place a thin pillowcase in between for comfort. I specifically chose this product thinking we wouldn’t need to do that, so that was a little disappointing — but it’s not a dealbreaker since the pack itself works so well.✅ Why it’s great:• Stays cold for a long time• Wrap design keeps it in place• Helps with swelling and post-surgery recovery• Easy to reuse and store⚠️ Cons:• A bit too cold directly on the skin — needs a thin barrierOverall, this is a very effective knee ice pack. Perfect fit for icing knee, stays in place and comfortably ices your knee

Difficult to apply because of the straps and the weird flap—the hook and loop fasteners get stuck in the wrong places. The entire wrap gets very stiff when frozen and does not conform to my knee. Having to hold it in place with one hand and dealing with the straps with the other—honestly a bag of frozen peas is faster and easier. Disappointed.

The NEWGO ice pack for knees is made to be durable, comfortable, and easy to fit to most any leg. I am so impressed over previous knee ice/hot pads. The packaging and information for how to use the product was excellent. I am very happy with this purchase.

I love this! It wraps the whole knee stays in place and stays cold for a long time. Bonus it comes with a bag when it goes in the freezer to keep it clean and in shape.

After my fiancée's surgery, her knee was extremely swollen and needed some relief applied directly to it, and this was the only wrap I could find that would fit. Not only that, but she has reported that it is actually quite comfortable as well. Keeping it in the freezer for when it is needed is convenient.

Comfortable, stays in place and soft inner liner cools without feeling clammy. Would buy again.

I use it as a cold compress and works really well. Since it wraps around with a velcro system, there are no issues with its size unlike those that work like a sleeve. Hoping that the elasticity of the straps last long.

Easy to use. Gets cold and stays cold quickly.
