Perfect water hose!
This hose is GREAT! We are up in age and this hose is so light that we can drag it around with no problems. We have replaced all of our heavy rubber hoses with these Zero-G hoses! The freezing weather and the high heat here has not affected them at all. They don't kink. They work very well on the hose reels too! We wish we would have gotten them years ago!

Lightweight hose that won’t kink
If you want a long hose that’s easy to handle and holds up outside, the zero-G 100 ft hose has been a solid pick for me. Overall, it feels like a “set it and forget it” hose for everyday homeowner use. The first thing I noticed is how light it is for the length. A 100 ft hose can be a chore, but this one is noticeably easier to drag around the yard, move between spots, and put away without feeling like you’re wrestling it. Kinking has also been a non-issue for me. I’m not constantly stopping to straighten it out or fight flow problems, which is honestly the main reason I keep coming back to this brand. Durability is the other big win. I’m in Arizona and I’ve left my hose laying out all year long. I’ve had the 75 ft version for about two years and it’s still as awesome as when I bought it, so I felt comfortable sticking with zero-G again, even though I’ve seen a similar style hose at Costco for about 15% less. Considerations: If you’re shopping purely on lowest price, there are cheaper options. For some people, 100 ft may be more length than you actually need but they have smaller ones. I’d recommend it to basically any homeowner (and honestly renters too) who wants a lightweight, no-drama hose.

great hose
This has been a great hose. I love how light and easy it is to move around. So far has been great value for my money. No issue with pin holes or otherwise with it. I have even used it to drain my hot water heater on multiple occasions to flush it out. I would say great value for my money as very sturdy. Also no issues with it getting dirty or nasty like some other hoses in the past.

This will make you hate your garden.
I have never hated a hose as much as I hate this hose. I have been using it for a few weeks now and it makes me absolutely miserable every single day. If it weren’t so close to the end of the season and if I didn’t already spend so much money on this hose, I would get another one, and that’s the first thing I plan to do next spring. Let me start by saying I have a very similar hose from the SAME BRAND purchased from Costco that I love and has none of the following issues, and I really expected this one to be comparable but boy was I wrong. I have a very large garden and need 100 feet to reach it all; this hose was replacing one of the flimsy collapsible balloon hoses that easily break after I broke 2 of them this year. I was looking for something more durable, but now I would much rather have the one that breaks easily. It takes me 3x longer to water my garden with this hose. It constantly kinks itself and I am constantly walking the 100 feet back to fix it when my water suddenly stops coming out. Just this morning, I had to walk back 6 times. It’s very frustrating for a relaxing hobby like gardening to become such a burden to the point where I now dread watering my plants every day. The hose is also massive as it really doesn’t collapse after you’re done using it. When I turn off the hose and drain the water, hardly any drains out and then I’m tripping over the non-collapsed hose every time I have to go to the area where it’s kept. The collapsible balloon hose used to just sit in a small pile. It is very heavy while you’re using it as well. The other Costco hose I have from the same brand is somehow more sturdy and durable, but is less heavy-feeling, never kinks and collapses better. I can’t wait for winter to come and for me to never have to use this hose again. I went from watering my plants in half an hour to now having to spend over a full hour lugging this thing around and fixing it.

Great Hose... With 1 Real Flaw
This is the 2nd of the same hose I've purchased (this one being a bit more updated since my last a couple years ago). However, I've noticed one obnoxious flaw... while the ends of the hose have been covered in a high-quality hard plastic, making it much easier to grab the hose, to aid in attaching or detaching nozzles, etc., the hose itself needs reinforcement where it comes out of the end of the plastic. If you are holding the hose to the reinforced plastic end, or whatever nozzle you've attached, the hose is not strong enough, even when charged with water, to avoid bending downward (rather than the hose coming straight out of the plastic end holder near the threading, the hose sags and, in doing so, cuts off the water supply! You must not only hold the nozzle of plastic sheath of the end of the hose, but also the hose itself coming out of the plastic end... otherwise, the hose just falls down and it's as if someone stepped on it or kinked it somewhere, causing the water to slow to a trickle. Not enough of a nuisance to return it, because it's extremely durable, and puncture resistant (even to a teething puppy), and it is extremely lightweight, which is the main reason to buy it in the first place.

I agree with the five-star Amazon reviews on this product
I first bought the Continental hose recommended by Wirecutter. But it was heavy, kinked constantly, and had water spewing from both connections. I looked on Amazon and saw this one had a lot of great reviews so I tried it. It's different than a standard hose but that's what I like about it! It's much lighter, a lot less likely to kink and is in general just a much more pleasurable experience for this home gardener.

Excellent quality and light weight
I love these Zero-G hoses. I have had a 50ft one for several years. They are sturdy and hold up just fine as I drag them across the lawn and patio. (Note that I do not need to drag them across a driveway or drive over them.) They are also lightweight and so easy to bring in before the first fall frost. I recently bought a second one of 25ft to extend the length. I was able to wind up the total 75ft length in a standard size dishpan to store in my basement.

An excellent hose. It does not kink, is sturdy when filled with water, and easy to store (coil up) when not in use. The hose is very light when not filled with water making it easy to handle. The fittings are aluminum meaning no rust and are also light weight, yet durable. Bought it as a main hose and will not consider another vinyl hose ever again.

I love my zero-G hose, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone who wants a durable, lightweight watering hose. I’m really impressed with how easily it maneuvers, and best of all, it doesn't kink as much as any other of the watering hoses that I have purchased. Typically very durable and easy to use! My parents have owned the same watering hose for years, so it’s obviously well-made and built to last. I’m so glad I purchased this watering hose, and I’m hoping to have the same luck as my parents. Look no further and don't mess around with all those other CHEAP, INNEXPENSIVE JUNK hoses that promise everything, but never deliver. Put a little bit more money upfront and get what you pay for!

Hoses have TWO functions. One is to TRANSPORT water from one place to another. The other is to CONNECT with things that bring water and distribute water. This hose MAY BE indestructible but it doesn't matter because I can't get water into it -- it doesn't connect to my taps --- and it is useless because I can't connect it to any of my sprayers or sprinklers. Please see the picture for three major companies whose thread does not match with this hose -- HoseLock, HoseLink, and Nylex -- and, as mentioned, my taps, which have the same threads as the attachments. It is not as simple as just changing the hose ends, because they are integrated with the hose. These are not cheap, and they are a complete waste of money. UNLESS you buy the item in the second picture, then you can use it with non-American threads.
