I'm not sure if this is a copycat seller, because it looks a little different from another one that I bought from a different website seller. Also the ingredients are very different.

Damaged/Leaking Product Received
Dear Mediceuticals Customer Support, I am writing to report an issue with a recent purchase of your Hydroclenz Dry Scalp & Hair Moisturizing Shampoo, which I ordered through Amazon. Unfortunately, the product arrived damaged. The cap popped open during transit, and a significant amount of the shampoo leaked inside the clear plastic bag it was sealed in. Because of this, the product is messy and partially empty. I have attached photos showing the exact condition in which the item arrived. I am requesting a replacement for this damaged item or a refund. It might be helpful to tape the caps for Amazon orders so they arrive safely to future customers.
