My legs ache and feet hurt if I don't wear compression socks each shift. I have been doing this for many years, and have worn through many socks, as you can imagine! These compression socks are pure perfection. the toe bed is wide, comfortable and cushy. The packaging is very nice, includes a diagram of how to put these socks on correctly. Grab the heel, then put onto your foot, then advance the sock up to your knee. I got the medium and they are a little bit large, but very comfortable. The entire sock is thick and again 'feels so cushy'. i wore these for one of my fast-paced 12-hour shifts and my legs felt great! there will definitely be more of these socks in my future.
