Hi Brian, Our hot chocolate is made in a facility that does not process peanuts or tree nuts. However it is not a certified allergen-free facility. This means that although we are not actively processing nuts there we can't guarantee that there couldn't be traces of peanuts and tree nuts in the product.

Serving size, one tablespoon has 16g of sugar, 80 calories and calories from fat 5. There are no saturated fat, trans fat or cholesterol or sodium. Hope that helps.
