This disc is a beast! Really happy with this purchase and pleasantly surprised at how well it works at grinding/cutting porcelain tiles. I broke one of the tiles on our outdoor bistros table and they are a strange size so the customary 12x12 tiles wouldn’t work. I couldn’t find the correct size tiles to fit my table so decided to try to buy some 12x12’s and grind them into the right size to fit. I bought 4 fairly inexpensive tiles from Lowes that were as close to the right size as I could find and hoped I could find a good disc for my angle grinder to manage the task. I perused a bunch of different discs on Amazon and this one had good reviews and a good price. It is very solid, seems well made with a quality arbor centerpiece. I tried it out on one of the old tiles (ceramic) to get a sense of how to use it properly and it worked well. I then moved on to the actual porcelain tiles that would be going onto my bistro table and within less than an hour I had four perfectly fitting new tiles set into the metal frames on my bistro table. The disc can cut through the porcelain tiles with ease and grind just as well. Yes, there is a fine dust so where eye and mouth protection along with ear protection. I doused each tile with water to help the process even though the disc says can be used wet or dry. Figured it couldn’t hurt to keep the tile from heating up too much. Anyway, I can highly recommend these cutting discs for ceramic and porcelain tiles. Made quick work of a task I was dreading and still looks brand new. Quality product which kind of shocked me considered its from China. Lately I’ve been trying to avoid most stuff from China because it seems it’s always just cheap junk but this was an exception.

This product did very well helping me make a wide variety of intricate cuts in manufactured marble. Also did a nice job adding a bevel. I was surprised that I didn’t have to do much additional sanding or polishing to make the edges presentable.

I am so happy with this product I really don’t know where to start. Needs ten stars at least. I am a contractor and got in a job that the the customer was not allowing adequate work area and it was in the middle of winter so no wet saw. Trying to get done and let’s say this was not one of my better jobs. Purchased a couple of these blades to straighten out a couple of grout lines. They worked extremely well.

On time delivery,product is as described,and so far seem to be holding up well.have completed several smaller projects using rose quart and agate’s and has performed very well so far still have a few more projects to complete bigger ones we wll see how they, as well as g ey have held up to this point I see no reason they won’t continue to perform.

If your in need of something to sharpen the tungsten carbide tips on stump grinder teeth, this diamond disc works great! I sharpened a number of woodland mills stump grinder teeth and it still sharpens like new and its fast. I'll be buying another to keep on hand and you cant beat the price.

I ground down several granite cobblestones which were binding a gate. This only took several minutes and the disc looks like it still has lots of life left for future jobs.

Grinds steel and aluminum quite effectively , the disc seems to stand up to the torture and the brazed diamond is staying intact. My only complaint would b that out of the box the disc does not run true, you need to tweak it for that (just with a monkey wrench) before u start but once you have it all lined up it works very well.

If you are looking for a fine edge finish, this is not the blade for it. It does however remove a lot of material.

This disc isn't drilled properly or the flange wasn't trued. it still works for grinding but I definitely can't cut with it because it bounces off the stone.

After useing it once, it has started jumping around when cutting or grinding. Working with granite it's become hard to keep steady and that's not great. After looking into it, it's bent. A nice wave all through the disc, useless now.
