I wore this brace for the first time today (summer school) and I have significantly less ankle and foot pain this evening because of this brace. Usually I want to cut my foot off at the end of the day, but I feel like I can keep my foot for now. I wear a woman's size 8.5 shoe. The brace fits my foot well, and I like how much I can adjust the brace for my foot. I doubt this brace would fit well for men with large feet. I doubt it is "one size fits all". While the neoprene is elastic, it is high quality, and it should retain its support well over titime.This is the best brace I have tried and I've needed one off and on for 2-3 years.
