We have had this for more than a year now and it still works perfectly. It's easy to set up, manage cat feeding preferences and troubleshoot. There is also a backup battery incase there are power issues at home. Overall we are very happy with this purchase.

So far this feeder has been working well. No issues with it except that we live in a bungalow so I can hear when the food is being dispensed. Not crazy loud but I am light sleeper so it wakes me up. Other than that, I really like it.

We have 3 cats and they’ve always been free feeders. 1 is becoming quite obese so we decided to give this a try. So far it’s amazing. Works well for my 3 cats. We recorded a monkey screech which at first they were like WTF? Now they run for it. Easy to program. Works well Bought on prime day and tried to cancel order when dual dish went on sale next day for cheaper. That was a no go. Response from Amazon was just return it. Although the policy said no returns just exchanges. So I settled My cats share well Definitely works well and is a blast to watch them run for the food. Holds enough food for about 3 weeks of feeding for my 3 cats.

We got two of these one for each cat but the time on one is slowly faster than the other so we have to keep resetting the time on the feeders every two months
