Little Max Long Reach Tool by IBR Tools

It was shorter than I thought. I need a long reach for what I need it for with my job.

Great build quality. Makes entry fast for you and customer.

Very handy. I think some of the Boro Police have them. We have a couple of these. The cars have them in case a neighbor gets stuck (or maybe we can be the Good Samaritan for the unlucky individual in the grocery store parking lot) and one is in the house because it seems like a good idea.

The product is made of a good quality but "Little" max is right. The tool is too short to go through the door jam area unless you are trying to open the door of a mini coop. You have to work the tool down the door to get it closer to the handle or the buttons which is more time consuming and increases the chances of messing up the paint on your car. The length would be my only complaint.

So first, I can’t say enough about the customer support for the seller. I had an issue and needed a neutral right away. I contacted the seller. They were great to communicating good and back-and-forth with our conversation and they made sure I had my toool the next day, And as far as the tool goes, it is definitely top quality all the way around I couldn’t have made a better choice on the product or the person or company to buy it from

Not only was this not long enough to open the door handle of my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The handle popped off like it was superglued together and the rubber coating started tearing when attempting to get the door open, prior to realizing that it isn’t even long enough to reach the door handle. This product deserves 1/5 stars for false advertising and cheap quality!
