Great product. I have only been taking them a week and feel they are helping along with another of his products. I have not had any bad side effects and have been only taking 2 a day. will start increasing dosage as recommended. There are so many great ingredients that I could never afford separately but know they are wonderful healers. There are no toxic ingredients and everything is organic and pure. So glad I found these Dr. Christopher products. So looking forward to seeing how much they can help some major problems. Just the little relief from them so far is so encouraging and the pricing along with quality and care of product tells me he is not looking to get rich, just really help people. I respect that so much.

This is an excellent product. With the proper diet and exercise, Dr. Christopher's joint formula can help repair inflamed joints. I have experienced the repair of a wrist using this formula. It took almost a year. I still take the joint formula to reduce inflammation. It is not a substitute for pain relievers.

I am 72, and a tomboy forever. I have fractured too many bones to count, which means that I have arthritis through out my body. And pain, used to that is. Now with glaucoma, I had to stop taking my favorite joint support supplement. Didn't think anything would work, but these really do. I live in the mountains, it gets cold in the winter, stacking and splitting wood is months of hard work. Again, these do work, just take time. I have been on them for 18 months, take only 2 a day, my pain level is zero. I am standing up tall and straight again, yippee! Try them and give them time to work, at least 2 - 4 weeks, and don't miss a day, you will notice if you do.

I have severe rheumatoid arthritis. Nothing really helps with pain. My daughter bought me this. I had a bad flare up. Could hardly get out of bed. My knees, hips, legs & ankles & feet were so painful. I took this every 4 hours for one day & into the night. Oh my gosh. The stiffness was almost gone as well as the pain. I bought another bottle to have on hand. I went to the store yesterday. Stood in line for 20 minutes. The pain & stiffness was unbearable. Got home. Took the product. This morning the stiffness & pain are almost gone. Nothing else has ever helped like this before.

This contains Valarian Root. I realize we all have different metabolisms, but this stuff knocked me on my butt! Took per the directions, 2 capsules a day twice a day. By end of the second day I was somnabulant. By the 3rd day I was non functional, it was all I could do to make it to the bathroom. If what you are looking for is a great sleep aid, this may be it!! My recommendation is to take it when you have a long weekend and don't have to be active or travel. But don't plan to drive or operate machinery while you are on it. Good news is 24 hours without it - and drinking plenty of water perked me back up.
