Isn't charging as advertised and they don't accept returns. STEER CLEAR. Update: the company has sent me 3 of these chargers NONE OF THEM WORK. I found the original charger on another website. I was excited, thinking it would work. The package shows up and it's THIS SAME CHARGER. It also didn't work. I sent it back. They explained that it is the new design from the company that is compatible with all of their versions of the product. IT ISN'T. They have yet to send me one that works that is this design. I WANT THE ORIGINAL FLAT ROUND CHARGER. I dont understand why they can't provide it.

I've had this charger for over 2 years and it worked great until I screwed it up! The balls are very magnetic and will attach to any metal nearby. I have a 4 slot USB unit next to my bed; for the past few months I stopped storing the cord and just left it plugged in. Unfortunately my bed has a metal frame, and unbeknownst to me the charger was attached to it for about a month! It corroded the metal balls & broke one. I got complacent with storage and cleaning; acid can corrode the charger balls & device ports, so cleaning them occasionally with baking soda or vinegar safely removes build up and keeps your charger working well! Perdi mi cargador para el Satisfyer, intenté con otros cargadores genericos y ninguno funcionó, este modelo cargó por completo en menos de 1 hra. Así que lo recomiendo y guardenlo en un lugar seguro para que no lo vuelvan a perder, como yo :) .

Nice quality I think it's a little better the my original one. It magnet's are a little stronger so it doesn't fall off as much.

I was a bit hesitant because some reviews mentioned it fried their Satisfyer. I wasn't going to order a new one just for the charger, so I tried this one. It works fine, didn't damage my device.

Lost the one that came with the product, so it's great to have the option to buy this
