Would the stainless steel container be as successful as the dry blade container at turning oats into flour?

Yes it works well. If you look on YouTube there is a person that did a review on this. And will show you the actual results of oats to flour.

Is this compatible with the pro 750? i don't know if the pro 750 is "full sized". it looks like it would fit...but i'd like to be sure.

YES. Mine fits and works perfectly with my Pro 750 Heritage and looks stunning on my motor base. These aren’t available in UK yet so i ordered from MySecretPantry via Amazon.com. Arrived quickly, love it. Perfect results with less plastics when hot blending. . Hope Vitamix launch a 64oz larger size.. That would be fabulous.

Is this compatible with the Vitamix A3500 Accent series?

According to the Vitamix website, the stainless container is compatible with all full-size Vitamix blenders. I don't know if the Accent series is full-size.
