Don’t let any of the negative reviews scare you off. These hooks (I bought two separate sizes) are amazing and I’m so thankful I didn’t choose another brand. They were supposed to arrive with two day shipping but of course they were late (Amazon’s fault, not the seller). I really wanted the hooks by a certain day so I could work on a project while recovering from surgery. Since they were running late, I went to 3 different stores and couldn’t find any double ended crochet hooks. So I pouted and resigned myself to having to be patient and wait for these to arrive. I’m so glad I did! The universe was looking out for me, haha. The hooks fit my hand perfectly. They are smooth, and the point on the end is nice and pointy and allows you to grab stiches easily. The hook armpit (or whatever it’s called) is nice and deep and it holds your stiches nicely. They are lightweight but don’t feel like they will break in your hand. Overall just a really good product. I wish all my hooks were such good quality. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Too short for comfort *by A***T on Reviewed in the United States on January 15, 2023* The wood is very smooth and is so much better than another brand I tried that was rough at the cut out part. However, as others have noted it is about an inch too short. I got the size G(4mm) to make a band around hats made on a kb double loom, however after only 3 rows my hand was cramping so much I’ve had to stop. I wear a size medium glove so it’s not like I have big man hands, but the length is about an inch too short to manipulate comfortably. The yarn keeps sliding off the hook. I don’t know if it’s because the hook part doesn’t have a steep enough angle to act as a hook (vs a ledge) or I’d because of the short length I’m not able to hold it at a better angle so that the yarn doesn’t pop off hook. Probably won’t use the hook again after this project.
