I tend toward getting leg cramps on heavy exercise days and take these to mitigate this problem.

These really work when your legs or body is taxed from working out constantly. Definitely give you more endurance and easy pills to swallow. GAME CHANGER for doing multiple shows or running a marathon or working out a long time with intensity.

Sport legs are must on any long distance bicycle race event or climbing. Etc I like to always have 1 0r 2 of the 5packs with me as they are easy to use while riding , I usually pre tear the end enough that I csn take them while on the bike riding

I decided to get healthy in early 2021 and started swimming 500 meters breaststroke every other day. My muscles would be sore all day long and only got worse when I upped my distance to 1000m every other day in May. Upon taking these pills, reaching 1000meters has been easymode. I'm not even nearly as sore afterwards. I even added 100 meters of rapid water jogging to the end of my pool routine which tires out my legs but the soreness is gone even before I finish my post-swim shower rinse. This is incredible and I am in complete awe. I am even considering going to the pool every day now instead of every other day. The directions say 1 pill per 50lb every 2 hours. I weigh 210lb so that would be 4 pills but I have found that I only need 2 pills and am still getting amazing returns. These pills are a complete game-changer. I would give these 6 stars if I could.
