5 months later & still holding together!
EDIT: update March 2024: 1yr 10mos later the leather finally gave out & broke; satisfactory lifespan! I bought this 5 months ago on December 8th 2022, & I've worn it that whole time. ...I don't ever bother taking it off, & it's held up just fine so far. The leather necklace is very soft & comfortable, not rough at all. The "tooth" is the model I bought, which is what it is. The metal "latch" on the necklace is made of some type of metal I can't really be sure of (maybe some kind of copper alloy). & the metal that connects the latch to the leather is most likely steel. But 5 straight months of wearing it all day, everyday, it's holding up just fine! So buy with confidence!

Color bleeds color on your neck
It looked great when it was delivered and when i tried it on. The tooth is bigger than it looks online. So, I wore it three times. The third time was a hot day and when I came home I saw black dye all over my neck. The "leather" chain bled all over me so it isn't worth much to me now.
