SSP Multi-Purpose (Unimodal) Espresso Grinding 64mm Flat Burrs (Red Speed Coated)

I added these to a DF64 Turin grinder the E model. Big difference in quality and also the amount of time it takes to reach your desired dose.

Transformed my Super Jolly. I had stopped using it for filter (was using hand grinder instead) but with these burrs it is really fantastic. So clean and clear.

I put these into my DF64 grinder 2 years ago now, and the difference was noticeable immediately. The grind is more even with fewer fines, and the coffee I have made with them over the last couple of years has far more clarity than the stock burrs. It was a struggle picking which burrs to go with, and I'm happy I settled on the unimodal since I make both espresso and filter often, and these handle everything sweet as! Installing them was quick and easy - if you have the patience, you can level them perfectly with shims too. Would 100% recommend if you want to level up your coffee without spending thousands on a more expensive grinder or machine.
