I don’t have an otter box case on it. The camera is thicker than the rest of the phone. Constantly falling off. So this year I bought this item which I was looking at the connector for the railing. The one I got is different than the pictures shown in this item. But still it seems very stiff and strong. The iphone 13pro max fits well with the military proof case. There is still available more area free for bigger phones. I like that the inside of the connector to the railing is actually changable in size by screwing the inside connector rather than having an extra pad as this is the common issue with that i had last year that it was constantly falling off. With the switcher on the back (red clip) for the strong hold of the phone itself that it will not accidently open up is super great. Last year i had a manual close and open and 1 time i forgot to close and my phone fell on the rocks so this is super good. You know it will auto close and in addition it won't open up while driving.
