I’ve admired Aussie Health for years... but I was never able to use the enema bag kit that I purchased: I am severely handicapped AND the hooks were much much too small for any of my shower tubing. So I purchased the bulb and was pretty happy with it.When the ‘oversize’ bulb became available I put it on a wishlist and forgot about it. And then came the day when I wished for ‘more’ and I bought this kit. It’s perfect in every way. The instructions at aussiehealthco.com for this kit don’t dis-lay it being used with the larger tip - they suggest using your tip of choice and the illustrations show the included large tip being used.The instructions for filling and cleanings and caring for the kit should be followed. A “bowl or tank” is suggested to be used for filling and cleaning the bulb. I have so many large bowls - glass, plastic, metal, etc. - but I dipped into my storage closet and found one of those many hospital kits in tubs that hospitals send home with you and the rectangular tub was just perfect.I haven’t had any problems with leaking (but, then, I am physically unable to lay on my back to insert the tip - I lay on my side) and the ‘extra’ 3.5 ounces feels like so much more!Honestly, I use this product (and previous products) to prepare for anal sex and it works. I don’t know that this amount of liquid actually cleans any part of the colon proper but it certainly cleans the rectum very well.I have never used a coffee-cleanser but I might try one with this kit: but only if find that I can get to my colon... maybe with two applications? I need to do a bit more research!

This rectal cleaning kit consists of a clear, soft & highly flexible bulb, and a single, large tip. The clear, soft bulb is a great asset and I found it easy to fill by following the provided instructions. The tip/bulb connection was leak-proof when care is exercised to ensure that the threaded tip is firmly engaged. If you ignore filling instructions and attempt to utilize by filling the bulb from a tap, you'll end with failure by either being unable to fill the bulb adequately and/or having too much air remaining in the bulb. Because of the large exit holes in the tip, some water escapes at the beginning of use due to gravity flow. Not only is this kit of superior quality, the Customer Service rendered by Aussie Health is first class.

Amazing quality. I haven't used it yet, but I've done some serious inspection. The only technical aspects I'd like to see improved is to have it literally more like a vaginal douche, in that it has a valve to block backflow. I used to reuse vaginal ones bc they're cheap, easy to explain & very squeezable. Then there's the whole deal that once you squeeze, it does not let it suck back into the container. Please comment to me here if you're not sure what I'm trying to explain lol it's not an every day explanation for me! Otherwise, everything about this item is EXCEPTIONALLY HIGH QUALITY, right down to the box it came in.

Received in a timely manner. Not what I had hoped for. Bulb, though large, is not easy to use. The bulb material is somewhat rigid and not easily squeezed...two hands are needed for me. If pressure is not constantly maintained, the water will draw back into the bulb. No one way design here! Now the bulb does not have just water in it. NO BUENO!! Also, poor construction for rinsing, cleaning and air drying as there is a lip inside the bulb where the tip is attached. Water (and possibly more) collects in the lip. The tip opening is too small to insert a washcloth wrapped finger to clean and dry around the lip. It took far longer than the recommended 8 hours to air dry.

This is a good one. The nozzle is really soft and flexible, but stuff enough to still insert. I like that I can see how much is it, and I can tell if it is clean easier than an opaque one. I found out later there is another model with an air vent in the bottom, which would make it easier to use. Now I have to squeeze and not let go, else you might get backwash, which makes it harder to use solo. I will be looking to upgrade to the vented one, just wish I could find it in clear.

Ordered this to replace using Fleet enemas (been using them for 20 years) because I figured it would save money in the long run, but it is just so messy! I got it and noticed it is made of very quality materials and the tip is very comfortable and smooth, but because there is no back-flow valve of any kind, it it almost impossible to use without getting water EVERYWHERE or getting lots of air inside you (which is definitely not ideal). I would love to use this tip shape on a different system or just find a way to put a valve in it some way.

Does the job without the risk of cutting the skin when inserting, like with store bought bottles of saline solution.I like the fact that you can see through it and tell how much water is in it.So much more convenient than using a hot water bottle and long tube attachment.Wish I had discovered rhis product sooner.

My partner enjoys that I am ready for him, this is the best enema and boy is the tip long,great way to prep it before the real thing
