As someone who is sensitive to caffeine and pre workouts (stomach troubles, anxiety etc) this has been amazing. I take 1 - 1.5 scoops, not the recommended 2, and it helps me to push myself in the gym and it's long lasting energy. No tummy troubles. Super easy to mix up and I like the flavor (not too sweet)

I've tried many clean pre workouts and this one is in my top 3 favorites! simple clean ingredients and works very well. I don't get that jittery or overwhelming feeling when using Promix. The flavor is pretty good, a bit sour and not sweet but I don't mind that. I also like that it comes with a long scooper so you don't have to go digging around for it. I like that the serving size is 2 scoops for 200mg caffeine so on days when I don't need that much i use one scoop!

Delivers exactly what I need—clean energy, great taste, and no jitters. The flavor is refreshing and sweet, with a nice balance between strawberry and lemonade. It mixes well, giving me the boost I need for my workouts. I did crash after the work out though. I’ll need to add an extra scoop and it might be fine. The only downside is the packaging the seal isn’t the best, and it can get a little messy when scooping. A sturdier container or better resealing option would make this product perfect. Overall, the pre-workout itself tastes fantastic, and I’ll keep using it—I just wish the packaging was as great as what’s inside!

Yummy flavor and not to tingly if you don’t like that. It’s a perfect amount of energy and tingle for my workouts personally

Love the product, taste and ingredients are the best. However the new packaging sucks. Used to be 40 servings at about the same price. New packaging is messy and a pain to close, but all of that could be overlooked if you had the same number of servings!
