How do you use this product? Mix with water? Smoothie? Is there a certain size container to use? 🤔

It is really your preference on how you would like to consume. Many people like to mix with water or other beverage (almond milk, rice milk, juice, other). You can shake with ice or add to a blender to make a wonderful smoothie. If you like to add to a blender, many people like to flavor with other fruits, veggies, peanut butter powder, etc. It is vanilla flavored so it is a wonderful base for however you like to mix. We recommend using 12-16oz of liquid.

What are the success rates? Do results vary? What if i do not workout but use as a meal substitute?

Great protein you will lose weight without working out.

I believe they ASKED does it come with a CUP and you dodged that by saying Yes …. What you are takkkg about is a scoop not a CUP Shaker cup brings protein costs $75 it should come with a complimentary shaker bottle cup. I agree . However, it shows a shaker as another add on sale suggestion so looks like will need to purchase the shaker separately.

Flavor is acceptable unlike many other dairy free protein mixes. Not necessarily “good”, definitely not “delicious” but not awful. Clean nutrition. The product itself is one I will continue using. However, this seller is very slow to ship. Three weeks is too long to wait for something that notes a 2-day delivery date.

Been using this product for about 3 months now. It causes bad taste after ingesting this protein powder. Also the bloating has been progressing and gotten so bad. Stopped using this protein powder for a few days and the symptoms disappeared. I am 💯 sure this product is not good for us.
