Great alternative to cones, seems comfy for him.
Great option for post neuter surgery. He's able to eat and drink comfortably. I looped his collar into the loops inside of the donut. He hasn't been able to take it off or deflate it. I blew it up with my breath. Very easy to inflate for me. Took maybe 5-10 deep breathes to inflate. I used my teeth on the valve to pinch & open the hole to blow into. It worked very well for me. He chewed the velcro strap off while I wasn't home but since it was attached to his collar he wasn't able to remove it. I 100% recommend. I have a Cane Corso, around 95 pounds so I ordered the largest size that would be available for delivery. I unfortunately had to get a pink one for my male. But he doesn't know the difference. 🤷🏾♀️ Seems he enjoys using it as a pillow. But I would definitely this recommend over other options(cone). He is also able to eat, drink and play with his toys without any issue. JUST BE SURE TO LOOP THE COLLAR BEFORE PUTTING IT ON YOUR BABY. Worth the money. It seems to be light on him so weight isn't a problem. I believe you can take the outer layer off and wash so it should be easy to clean.(haven't cleaned yet) It also seems pretty sturdy since he haven't been able to remove it. All in all. I recommend

Amazing Perfect Alternative to the Cone of Shame!
This is an AMAZING product!!!! After my mini Aussie Doodle was spayed the cone was so big it caught on everything when she walked around the house, even while going up the stairs!!! Her neck is small, but her snout is long, so it was difficult to get the cone to fit correctly. I ordered this ASAP and it has been PERFECT! I still had her sleep in the cone at night because I worried she might find a way to pop it while I was sleeping (she's a more aggressive chewer!) and the cone allowed her to lay more flat on her side which sounded good during the night. She was able to eat and drink with the donut on, but she couldn't reach to lick her incision which I absolutely loved! I liked the flexibility of adjusting the fit around her neck, we had it tight enough that the Velcro only connected for the last 1.5 inches, and it never came off! When I first inflated it I had a hard time pushing the air valve back into the donut and just left it capped but sticking out. After one day it had definitely lost some air. I reinflated it but this time after capping it, I pushed the air valve fully into the donut and it hasn't lost any air and she wore it for 12 days!!!! See photos for the correct way to have the air valve after inflatung it! I am a huge fan of this donut!!! The fabric is comfortable, the donut material strong, and it's super cute, but it's the functionality that made it the best cone of shame replacement!! Because she has a small neck and a longer snout I ordered the L+ because it's diameter and overall circumference was bigger while still allowing me to cinch up the neck snug enough. It also didn't impede her sight as the reflection off the cone seemed to do. I did put her collar through the inner straps which surely helped to keep it in place. I would absolutely recommend this inflatable dog cone alternative to everyone!

Much Better Than a Cone — Dog Loves It
Our Great Pyrenees had surgery recently, and instead of using a huge cone, we got this donut collar. It works great and is so much more comfortable for her. Fit & Size: We got a size that fits her well for a large breed, but you do need to make sure it’s snug. If it’s too loose, she can take it off. Material: The material is soft, plush and waterproof on the outside, which makes it much more comfortable than a traditional hard cone. It doesn’t seem to bother her at all. Safety: It still does a good job preventing her from reaching most areas, while being much safer and less stressful than a hard cone. She’s able to eat and drink normally without us having to take it off each time, which makes things so much easier. She even uses it as a little pillow when she lays down, which is honestly so cute 😂 Pros: comfortable, better than a cone, allows eating/drinking, soft Cons: needs to be tightened properly to stay on but that's more of an us problem than a product problem Would I recommend? Yes—great alternative to traditional cones

Nice collar but weird sizing
This is a cute collar. It works well, and it seems sturdy. I've only used it a week, but my dog has not been gentle with it, and it has not torn or deflated at all. The sizing, however, is a little difficult. My dog's neck is 14" so according to the size chart he could fit a large or extra large. I ordered the large first, and it was a little loose around his neck. I worried he would slip it off when I wasn't home. So I ordered the large for a snugger fit, but it was way too small! And he could reach around to lick his incision with it on. I ended up returning the large and keeping the XL, but I wish there was an in between. I put a flat collar through the inside loops to hold it a little better, and it hasn't been a problem.

Works really well.
We originally tried using a surgical suit for our boy after his procedure, but it just didn’t work out for us — it was awkward to manage and didn’t really stop him from getting where he shouldn’t. Switching to the inflatable dog cone was a huge improvement. It’s so much more comfortable than the traditional hard plastic cone, and our dog tolerated it really well. He could still see, eat, drink, and sleep without constantly bumping into things, which made a big difference in his mood during recovery. It was easy to put on and adjust, and it stayed in place pretty well. The material feels sturdy but soft, so it didn’t seem to irritate his neck. Overall, this was a much better solution than the surgical suit and way less stressful for our dog. I’d definitely recommend it as a more comfortable alternative.

So much easier for furbabies than a CONE!
This is an amazing product even though I had to return it for a cone. If my dog didn't have such a severe wound it would have worked perfectly, but he needs something that was more structured to keep him away from the wound. The design was so cute and definately more comfortable than a cone, but I had to make that choice for him. He is a bigger dog so I was impressed with the quality, size, and lick area it prevented. He was able to push it off if he tried, but the fit was amazing.

Mom, really????
I researched several brands of a soft inflatable cone for my 17 pound pug with a 16 inch collar size. I chose Supet based on the cover was machine washable, it looked durable and her neck size was right in the middle of 14 to 18 inches. I received the product. The product is good quality, easy to inflate with a pump, not by mouth, the fabric looks like it would make pet hair removal and washing simple. I put it on her, and although she looked very cute, this was so big and bulky that it wasn’t appropriate for a small dog. She froze and wouldn’t move! LOL! The photos that depict the small dogs don’t look anything like what my small dog looked like in her photo. There is not enough information on dimensions with circumference, width and depth from center to edge to be able to determine if it is an overall practical item. There are more things to consider other than just fitting your dogs’s neck size to the chart. You can see in the 3rd photo how thick it is. It covers from behind her ears to her shoulder blades. Her chin barely protrudes out. The company needs to make more information available to pet owners that have breeds that are flat faced. Even though it fit around her neck and was adjustable with the strap, her muzzle size from her neck to the tip of her chin is short and the edge of this cone is multiple times longer. I have a hard time believing the description photo were not manipulated, especially the one with the over dramatic drooling from a bully. I hope this helps other flat faced pet owners because I don’t believe a pug needs to be lugging around a tire! I am returning this item.

Happier Doggie! Love it!
We ordered the Large size. We recently had our dog Reese spayed, and with her first birthday coming up on April 19, 2026, we wanted to make sure her recovery was as comfortable as possible. The traditional medical cone provided by the veterinarian was not working well for Reese. She would hang her head down and barely move, which was concerning, and was very hot. After doing some research, we purchased the Inflatable Dog Cone Collar (Doggie Neck Donut Collar), and it has made a significant difference. The material is thick, durable, and well-constructed. Even while on medication, she does not seem overheated or uncomfortable, and she is able to move around much more naturally compared to the standard cone. Inflation was quick and easy using a compressor, and placing it on her neck was straightforward with no resistance or difficulty. We were also impressed with the delivery speed it arrived the very next morning after ordering. Most importantly, she can now rest comfortably and recover without distress. This product has been a great alternative to the traditional cone, and we would absolutely recommend it to other pet owners going through post-surgery recovery.

So much better than the traditional plastic Elizabethan cones!
This is a great product. I originally bought a traditional plastic Elizabethan cone for our Corgi for his recovery period after his neuter and he hated it. He couldn't eat or drink properly with it on, and would get caught on things as he moved around. It was hard for him to get comfortable. It also bent and compressed his ears and I was concerned that it might damage the cartilage. After only a day I knew it wasn't working and ordered this one. It arrived same day and was easy to inflate. It has made a world of difference. It keeps him from licking, or squeezing under the furniture and hurting himself. His ears area free to stand up. It is clearly so much more comfortable for him, both walking around and sleeping. He can eat and drink with it on. He is clearly so much happier with this one. It is also very cute. I recommend this over the traditional recovery cones, especially if you have a pup whose ears stand up.

Cute Garbage
The opening to inflate does not close. Sad cos the design is adorable.

Will probably work well for most but my girl figured out how to get around the donut
It worked for a while for my dog until she figured out how to circumvent the donut and lick her wound. Looks like next stop for her will be a cone of shame.

Good quality. Worth the price.
Really like the quality of this product. Took me a bit to figure out how to manage the air intake valve because you have to squeeze it a certain way for the air to get in lol. I purchased the x large for my shepherd and it was perfect. He had ear surgery and he cannot get to his ear with it. Cute pattern too and very comfortable for my dog who is wearing it 24/7.
