used it once and now the springs are all the way down and you cannot put a paper into the slots to punch. This was my first review. I opened and closed the punch over and over again. A piece fell off. Now it works perfectly! Must have been a stop in it for shipping.

Very durable and punched holes great

I was surprised that out of the box this will not function as the standard 3-hole punch you'd expect. The holes are initially in the wrong position. You will need to find a screwdriver to adjust each individually adjustable punch. Try as I might I was unable to get them both vertical and in a position consistent with my binder and other hole punches, resulting in a raggedy look to the pages in the binder. Secondly the adjustable edge slider was too adjustable, the slightest brush pushed it into a different position and I had to be extremely aware of it even when just punching one or two pages. Punching a larger stack of paper would be a nightmare trying to hold everything in position so it didn't shift while in use. Anyway I'm returning it for a normal hole punch. I don't want something I need to constantly worry about and fiddle with and then still gives unexpected results.
