Have been using Promix for a while- it used to be wonderful and my favorite after trying a handful. At the Black Friday sale we stocked up and bought about 6 bags. My guess is fillers were added to stretch their product or they entirely changed it. I reached out to the customer service and was told because it was purchased during a sale (despite many, many hundreds of dollars of full price orders before directly from their website) that it could not be returned or even exchanged. The protein now has an awful gritty taste and texture and it foams so badly it’s nearly impossible to drink. Even after letting it sit for 30 minutes the foam is still unbearable. Unfortunately they changed their product but deny it when asked. Considering sending it out for third party testing. Pictured is the chocolate whey and vanilla whey combined with water. No other brands.

Wow, finally found a clean protein powder with no artificial sweeteners! This really tastes delicious and blends well with water or milk. I have been looking for this type of product in stores a few years ago when my 85 year old father in law needed to take in more protein, but couldn’t find any. I purchased the chocolate isolate for my 88 year old father, but I wanted to try the chocolate peanut butter flavor. I thought it would have a more stronger peanut butter flavor but actually it’s a nice mix with the chocolate flavor. Smooth and no chalky taste! It also helps to make me feel full, so I snack less. I would definitely recommend to others!

First off, a scoop was not included in my order. The directions for serving size state only, "two scoops." I had to go online to search how much a serving should be. I did contact the company and they apologized and said that they would send me a scoop but this never happened. As far as the product it is just Okay. The peanut butter chocolate is not as tasty as the previous whey protein I used, is a lot more expensive and didn't mix as well. Although it is supposedly a superior product I probably will not order ProMix again and continue to check out other whey proteins. ** 1/25 Okay I am editing my review. The customer service department did send me a scoop eventually and apologized (I guess after reading this?). Also after reading the pros about this product as compared to other whey proteins I will consider ordering again. And while it isn't as tasty as my previous whey it is pretty good and I think the benefits are there.

I ordered the chocolate peanut butter. It tastes more like coffee. I received the product on 11/24/2020 with an expiration date of 03/2021. TO ADD TO THIS REVIEW ON 04/04/2023: This is a very good tasting whey protein concentrate. This is the only whey protein I purchase now. However, the new packaging is a downgrade and a hassle from the previous packaging. The previous packaging was a hard-cover plastic that contained the entire 5lbs of content. Then, it was changed to a carbon-board container containing the entire 5lbs of content. Now, the 5lbs of content is split into 2.5lbs bags made out of recycled paper material. It's more difficult to get the content out and tends to leave a mess on the counter. And because the content is split into two bags, you likely won't get the entire servings listed.

mixes well. almost flavorless. bag quality is poor, bought two bags and on both was unable to reseal them after the initial opening.
