I replaced the original Mikuni 22 carburetor on my 1986 Suzuki QuadSport 230 with a NIBBI PE28, and the difference is night and day. The factory Mikuni 22 had done its time - clogged passages, inconsistent idle, and not worth the effort of another rebuild. Rather than pour money into a tired carb, I decided to upgrade. Installation of the NIBBI PE28 was straightforward and took about 20 minutes start to finish. Fitment was excellent, everything lined up cleanly, and there were no surprises. After a quick idle adjustment and minor tuning, the Quad fired right up and settled into a smooth, steady idle. Throttle response is crisp and immediate, with no hesitation or flat spots. It pulls strong through the rev range and feels noticeably more responsive than it ever did with the stock Mikuni 22. I also opted to run the NIBBI air filter instead of the original stock air intake. That was absolutely the right call. The engine breathes better, revs cleaner, and feels more alive overall. The filter itself is well made and pairs perfectly with the PE28. To complete the setup, I installed the NIBBI throttle assembly, which I highly recommend. The throttle action is smooth and precise, eliminating the slop and stiffness of the old factory components. It really modernized the feel of the quad. Bottom line: this carburetor upgrade completely revived a machine that had been sitting for years. It now starts easily, idles smoothly, and runs strong. For the performance gain, build quality, and ease of installation, the NIBBI PE28 exceeded my expectations. Absolutely worth it.

These Nibby carburetors are truly awesome and are worth their weight in gold! I'm using one on my Grom clone and it really woke the bike up! These Nibby carbs are extremely high quality and very easy to use. Before getting this carb I attempted using a knockoff eBay carb and it was terrible, really poor quality. The stock carb worked but my bike ran pretty bad, for example I had to hold the throttle with the choke open for about 10 mins to get it to run and then it would turn off on me eventually while stopped usually when a pack of Harley dudes were cruising by lol. With the Nibby carb my bike fires right up on one push and runs really good! The pull choke is awesome but I don't need to use it to cold start the bike and my favorite feature is the adjustment air dial that makes getting the bike running perfectly with ease and messing with it looks cool and is super fun! I seriously can't say enough good things about these Nibby carbs, defiantly get one for your grom clone, pitbike, etc. you will not be disappointed. Also checkout YouTube for videos showing how to install them and tune them, mine ran good with the stock jets but they included some additional sizes to fine tune things if needed. Have FUN!!!

Used on a x-pro Templar x 250,out of the box it was almost perfect. Once it was fine tuned it has been awesome. Great quality, great fit, great function.

Legit Nibbi Carb comes with all the paperwork professionally boxed straight from Nibbi ... put it on a CN250CC Honda motor only thing I had too adjust was the needle hight and had too lean it out slightly and it had made a world of difference .. the Acceleration and smoothness had made a 100% improvement the throttle response is now almost instantanious.. Deffinately 100% real legit authentic NIBBI has extra jets and all if needed this carb will easily run a 300-325CC motor definately recommended id say 250cc is smallest motor size it can run unless you had smaller jets like the ones from your current carb and put inside this one Overall this carb will improve your riding tons definately recommended

Bought this to replace an old carburetor on a 2000 Yamaha ttr 125. It is not quite a plug and play replacement. The fit is good on the air filter side. The intake side is too small. I had to 3d print a spacer to fit it properly. The choke is on the top of the carburator, handle already installed. The large adjustment wheel made it easy to set up and tune. I didn't need to jet it. We're in FL, so close to sea level. Overall I'm very happy with this little carb. Would buy again.

Let me start this off with saying i own every jet and needle under the sun for most small engine carbs. That being said it was easier to tune a 34mm slide OKO carb on a 125cc, This carb does not like see level or i am out of my mind. I spent over 4 hours swapping jets needles and everything i could think of. I even hooked up a wideband o2 sensor got the idle to dialed go to give it throttle and 15.9 lean as all get out. Change the needle for a slimmer one for better main flow 15.6 but here is the kicker. At WOT it reads 10.9-11.2? So 1/8th throttle to 3/4 14.6-15.9 WOT 10.9 11.2? Never in my life have i seen anything like this. I gave up and put on a PWK carb and with in 5 minutes had it running and driving great. 10/10 for build quality(beautiful carb) -1000/10 for tuning 10/10 for Ease of access to needle adjustment and float. 10/10 for idle design overall, if you have a ton of time and fuel to dick with this carb you can probably get it runnin amazing. Dont get me wrong if you only do from dead stop to WOT this carb is amazing.

Läuft sehr ruhig ! 40er Leerlauf düse und 110er Hauptdüse was bei Lieferung drin war passte sogar bei mir .Gas Annahme sehr direkt! Dreht richtig hoch rauf ohne loch ! Würde ich wieder kaufen! Semble être un excellent carburateur. Reliable jusqu’à 250cc ? Pe28. 28mm. Semblerait qu’il fait sur mon Apollo rfx 250cc mais les ajustements arrivent accoté au frame. Trop juste. Le jet est trop petit pour mon 250cc meme le .118 inclus.. mon stock a un jet .125 qui était trop petit même avec l’aiguille ajusté au max. J’ai terminé avec l’achat d’un kit de jet et mis un .135 ds le mien et tout est réglé. Le carburateur Nibbi est cependant très bien fait et une belle finition. Compatible avec le câble pour le choke.
