This great protein for breakfast, , I use my protein shaker, or a hand blender to mix ; it has a very good flavor and and is great to mix with pancakes mix, keto cookie dough, and in my cottage cheese for a high protein dessert ; add some cocoa and make it chocolate flavor yum !!! This product is fairly well priced but could be priced more affordably in the future. It does dissolve easily and does not clump. the ingredients seem to be of good quality and The taste is delicious.

My friend told me to try this and he said it tasted like nesquick (I got the chocolate flavor), I forget what that tastes like but this definitely tastes even better. The ingredients are solid, nutrition facts are great, I have no idea how this tastes so damn good but it's better than sugary chocolate milk. You get your calories, carbs, and your protein, and you don't get a lot of sugar and saturated fats, it's amazing. It has 80mg cholesterol but that doesn't need to concern you as long as you don't eat other high cholesterol foods, unless you have high cholesterol levels already. It is the creamiest, tastiest, best bang for your buck mass gainer I've seen so far. Way better than Muscle Milk or Body Fortress by A LOT. I have it with water too, no need for milk unless you want the extra calories/protein, but I'm sure it'll somehow taste even better. Although it is less calories per serving than other brands, it is way healthier and tastes so much better, and anyways you could always have 3 (840 cal) or 4 scoops per day (1120 cal) if you don't mind the cost. This literally replaces my craving for dessert food so that's also a big plus. I haven't had the other flavors but the chocolate is insanely good. Update: (around 9 months into having it) changed from 5 to 3 stars. I believe this is the cause of my arm acne, which really started going when I began having this. I think I had some before from another mass gainer but this one was much worse, especially when I had 2 servings a day for some time. So if you begin seeing arm acne in the days/weeks after having this, you should probably stop unless you don't mind it. Great stuff but unfortunately I will not continue this product due to the acne. This happened with my friend too and when he stopped it the acne also went away. Update 2: Back on this mass gainer after over a year off and I'm getting the acne again, I believe it to be caused by either the high amount of maltodextrin, or the milk proteins used in this product. It took about a week of daily use 1 serving per day to start getting noticably bad acne. My friend also started again at the same time as me and we both have gotten acne. I'm not sure why there aren't more comments about it, maybe they don't realize it's from this product? I have no idea how more people aren't mentioning the acne/breakouts/pimples. Overall the ingredients are good but it needs less maltodextrin and milk proteins and replace them with better alternatives.

good quality ingredient list whats that? stuff you can read and identify? not chemical compositions?. yea unlike 99% of these supplements you can read the ingredients and recognize theirs no chloride monosaturated flabulated conglomorated chemical list. also another plus unlike alot of gainers which have alot of sugar in them (making up a considerable amount of empty calories) this doesnt have alot of sugar. yes it does have a hint of that fake sugar taste but its not overwhelming. the flavor is good enough for a supplement its good. you can drink it without dreading it daily.

This has to be the tastiest gainer on the market . No bloating ,well priced , mixes easily in a shaker and has all the quality nutrients you need post workout . This is my second repurchase and will be back again
