This works well. We used on our apartment buildings vinyl hallway flooring where a dog kept urinating. It got the smell out when allowed to sit on stain as directed. Also other dogs aren’t going to the spot to urinate. Need to carry 128 oz size on Amazon.

I have a 15 year old, incontinent, chihuahua, and so I use this SEVERAL times per day. I'm always worried that my house will smell like pee, but I haven't had a problem since I use this. I go back and forth between the "My Pet Peed" and this brand. This one smells better and is definitely cheaper.
