Nice, bright scent! I was worried that the scent would be overpowering, but it isn’t. Gentle and works very well. My fine hair is enlivened and gets a boost! The lactic acid is really great for scalp and hair! I dislike the big, black bulky plastic caps. A much smaller cap that leaves less of a footprint would work better.

I have hair with ISSUES- it's thick, dry, color-treated, frizzy, some of it is curly while some of it is practically straight, etc. So I've tried MANY shampoos and conditioners throughout the years, including many expensive salon brands, like Olaplex. But this shampoo is BY FAR the most moisturizing shampoo I have ever found. Usually my hair feels rough until I use two or three conditioning products on it, but this shampoo makes my hair super soft, instantly. I still use conditioners, because I have thick, coarse hair and need all the moisture I can get! But this shampoo is amazing. It smells great too! The scent is strong so I guess some people might not like that. The conditioner is really good too. Also this large bottle is a GREAT deal here on Amazon as well. I think I'll stop trying new shampoos as they come out. This one is all I need!

Firstly I am not sure if this is a new bottle, about half an inch of the product was empty from the top. There were signs of the product being used or squeezed out of the bottle but no leakage on the box. There was no seal of any kind which I usually don't like. The shampoo smells good. The water in my area in hard and this shampoo didn't lather even a little, it felt like I am using a conditioner. So I washed my hair with another shampoo and did a second cleanse with this shampoo and still no lather! The shampoo's consistency is very thick. I have tried other Love Beauty and Planet shampoo and loved them but this one is by far the worst shampoo I have ever used.

I love this shampoo, it doesn't foam up but it still cleans the hair thoroughly, I love it also because it smells amazing and it doesn't have cocomydropopyl betaine.

Lid was cracked during shipping. Not messing with returning it for a replacement. Smells good.

Im glad I read the reviews before posting my review. I should have read reviews PRIOR to purchasing. I have this shampoo in another scent - which I love - but when I ran out of it I decided to try this one. Much to my surprise I loved the scent of this one - but I was disappointed that there was no foam or lather... I was convinced the bottle was mislabeled and I was washing with conditioner instead of shampoo... So I mixed it with another shampoo for some lather. It rinsed out very nicely leaving my hair feeling clean and soft. But - it did not live up to its potential for the wavy curles as advertised.... It kinda left my hair flat and dull. My hair is a mixture of waves and curles when I let it air dry - and it becomes even bigger when I use the hair dryer - but not with this shampoo. I'll still use it for the scent.

I’ve tried a lot of different shampoos and conditioners over the years and nothing compares to this brand! I’ve never had a condition make my hair look and feel so smooth. I know I sound like an advertisement, but I’m not. I’m just extremely happy with this product! I used it for about a year and then used a product a friend recommended highly. I can’t imagine changing away from this ever again. Basically, if you like it, don’t change it!

I'm really glad I gave it a shot to try this new shampoo. It is by far the best I've ever used! I don't even feel the need to use a conditioner. I've used others of the same brand, but this one tops them all! Thank you. 🙌🏼
