Used 12 of these in a 2-post lift install. These things are awesome and very robust. Installed all 12 without a problem. Torqued all to 150ft lbs. after 1 week, I retorqued them all and all but 1 retorqued to 150ft lbs with less than 1/2 turn. One pulled almost all the way out. So, I hammered it back through and installed a new one and it torqued with less travel than the failed one. Faulty anchor? Faulty concrete? All good now.

Great product I’ve purchased and used over 1000 of them

I've tried 12 of these anchors and it successfully anchored 50~60% of the time. The threads either get stuck or the wedge doesn't bite into the hole walls properly and just spins trying to tighten the nut. I know the wedge isn't anchoring properly cause, the first time this failed, I thought it was cause the nut gets stuck on the threads. (Which shouldn't really be the case either) So I made sure all the nut and threads are aligned so it doesn't take any force to turn the nut. I doubt it's the concretes fault either cause the building isn't new so the concrete should be pretty hard by now. I also attempted on different locations of my building but no luck.

We bought these to reinstall our vehicle lift and they were just what we needed. Just as good of quality as the original lag bolts.

Easy to use and my lift hasn’t tipped over so I’d say they work as advertised.
