Didn't work for me!
So there's no taste because it's in a capsule. Easy to swallow. It worked great the first couple of nights but then no change. But don't judge by me, I have severe fibromyalgia, back pain, and a body full of arthritis. Give it a try, I hope it works for you. And you can't beat Amazon's return policy.
