This product, quite well made, is the perfect size for the TG (and of course it will be for an action cam), and all I had to do was buy and attach two ball mounts, one for a strobe and the other for a video light, to the inward facing tops of this tray and I'm ready to go. My strobe has been on the end of fairly standard rigid ball arm extensions, mounted with ball arm clamps, but I wanted to switch the strobe to a Loc-Line flex mount which might make it a little easier to position the strobe. Unfortunately there's not enough width on this tray to make room for the housing, your right hand to operate the camera, and the Loc-Line flex mount, even if you slide the housing to the right so you can barely get your right hand in.
