Great work out pad. I originally got this to make glute bridges more comfortable, but I now use it for so much more. Very versatile piece of work out gear. highly recommend.

Arrived on time and is exactly as described. Nice carrying bag for transporting. At an inch thick, this is the perfect solution for old knees exercising on hard floors!

My delivery is usually great but today it was delivered to the apartment behind my house So I ended up having to walk behind my house where the 2 apartments is to track my package down but I got it after that I love my cushion so soft and helps the strain on the knees and slip resistant very thick the size is great

I have started doing planks and my elbows were chafing so I ordered this pad and it has been wonderful. the pad is just the right size and is a good quality

The pad is nice and cushy. If you have bad knees this really helps doing floor stretches. Only complaint is the bag that holds it while it’s rolled up is very cheaply made. But if you have a place to store it it’s nice to leave it unrolled so it stays flat.

This pad is perfect for yoga and pilates and protection of knees doing tasks. It is of good thickness and long durability. Shipped very fast and good value for price.

Does it’s job! I use it mainly for stretching on a hard floor.
