I don't really understand your question, but I'm not happy about the cheaper 2 pack, wouldn't buy it again. The supposedly better one has a front you can twist to cover the front with. The trouble is although that part functions well, the tape jams and slides off the plastic platform. I've promised myself to buy an upgrade from a Better Brand. I'm not investing in bic writeout. Ever again! Maybe amazon basics has one. Good luck! GHEALLIE

I have had excellent luck contacting Amazon for any products ordered through them. I don't think that Bic will send you a replacement unless you ordered directly from them. Just reach out to Amazon.
