I lost my connector so this did the job. I wasn’t able to put it in my type of window but I had a place where the old (smaller diameter) one used to be. Since the pipe to the outside was smaller had to duct tape the heck out of it but now the AC cools the room. Yay!

Sudden heat in 90s. Had to get sleep. Heat dropped off at 50&60. So energy efficient too. I don’t want to pay for a box wall ac. It’s sealed. I want the longer by 1 foot height some with heat. They have them at work for break room. My bedroom is a break room. Feels like central air to me perfect.

Works as advertised

My window is 23". Each piece is around 16". So put 2 together & it is too wide for my window. It would like to fit but then it blocks the hole for the vent hose. I contacted the seller to see how to solve the problem hoping they had a smaller panel. They told me to cut one of the panels. With what??? Scissors? Nope, sending it back.

Didn’t quite fit my unit; not so quite universal. Although, my brother made so alterations and my A/C unit works great

I took many tries to get it to stay in the fixture that attaches to the a/c itself. Finally in desperation, I stuffed about an inch of the product into the fixture and duct taped up the whole thing. Not very attractive, but it did get it done

After struggling with exhaust hoses that were too short, I was happy to find this product that solved my problem. Reasonably priced and a good value.
