Super happy with this purchase, phone quality was absolutely top notch, no marks or issues, been using it daily now for around a month, battery life is great lasts all day with heavy usage. Phone overheats for no reason. Screen gets blocked and randomly pages start closing by themselves. Battery doesnt last. Contacted seller who didn't really care and brushed everything off. Would never buy from this seller again

Replaced my Samsung on an Android 8 operating system with this renewed phone operating Android 15. Renewed option ment a phone less than half the price of a brand new model. Opted for an “excellent” condition model. It came with a very minor case scratch on the rear, which made it more akin to a “very good” condition, which would have been £40 cheaper, but as I keep it in a protective case it doesn’t really bother me. The phone is excellent - great display, very quick and responsive operation, good memory capacity and excellent cameras. Cannot fault the phone and really simple to operate. Incredibly simple to transfer all my data from my old phone using Samsung Switch in just a couple of minutes and swiftly up and running. The box contents was pretty poor with a USC to USB charging cable, but this is slow charging only and the mains adaptor included does not fit UK three-point pin plug, so useless. I simply bought separately a fast charging cable for £5. But overall, the phone is excellent and even better operating experience than I’d hoped and I would always buy renewed as the phone is as good as new but for less than half the price!

Phone came in great condition, no marks or anything on it. However, it came in an unmarked box and bubble plastic wrap with usb charger. I would have prefered a the samsung box and also details of the imei number. It was easy to put my past details on there. The camera quality is good. Phone is fast and easy to use. No problems at current.

I needed a phone that would be ASHA compliant for my new hearing aids. New ones were ridiculously expensive and far beyond what I required as a fairly basic user. An Iphone would have been most compatible, but its only real advantage over Android would be in voice control for phone calls, and I almost never use the phone to make calls. Looked around (FB Marketplace, Kijiji, local ads) and found the ads were either far away, placed by risky looking sellers, expensive, or not so great condition. Samsung S22 was about Iphone13-14 level by ratings and by far the least expensive option, so I took a chance on this (excellent, refurbished) phone. Turned out well. A few minor marks on the glass screen that are hard to pick out unless you look closely with it off and no screen protector, otherwise looks like new. Battery could last me 2 days if I wanted. Everything seems to work fine and it has the features I wanted. If I am still around in 5 years+ then I will likely buy a refurb phone this way again.

So, I bought this phone (upgraded from an older Galaxy) under the impression that it was a brand new phone. It said "NEW" on the listing for it and the price also made me believe it was a brand new phone. Well, come to find out, it's refurbished, which is ok, but I thought I was getting a new phone. It took me a while to start using it (long story, had to switch carriers & such), but I've been using it now for over a week and I really do like it. There are a couple of new features that I really like. My only problem with it, is it's a bit glitchy. It does some weird things every once in a while. So far I can live with it. The battery doesn't last as long as I think it should, especially since I wanted a new phone, but I guess I can deal with that too. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. I received it quickly and it is very easy to use.

I was a bit nervous about the quality of this phone due to some reviews but once I received it I was surprised at the how well the phone performs it was spotless out of the box,the battery will last all day and it acts like a new phone. Overall great purchase
