This is good simple to use graphite. It's a 12 oz bottle, so it's a lot of graphite. I am frightened of spilling it when using it. I think I will die before I use all of this, as there is so much of it. It's a good product.

This is my first experience with graphite powder. Just picked one so I don't know if they differ much. This one is smooth and can get very dark or blended lightly. I've read that they come in different values but I doubt I'll be buying more as this is a lifetime supply even if you share it. One negative I've noticed is that not all the powder adhears to the paper. I'm using a smooth bristol paper. It might do better on less smooth paper. Overall it does what it is supposed to.

At first I didn't realize I was buying a lifetime supply of graphite. 12 ounces is a lot. I tried it on hard and cold pressed paper as well as cotton watercolor paper. It seems to like papers with tooth (duh). I also use charcoal. I sprayed with fixative as needed. I found a Qtip best for smudging, followed by twisted ass paper, tortillon, and finger. Works great too as a dry lubricant on squeaky hinges.

Been using this graphite powder to give some metal 3D printed PLA props a more metal like sheen and it works great. There is a lot in this for the money and the results are awesome.
