Bad warranty repair experience
The printer broke down within the first month of use. We found the Al Nasera Electronics is the autorized service centre for epson and dropped of the printer there for repair. Job ID 36484 of 21 Feb. Its 31 March now and the printer is still not able to be repaied. If its going to take so long should Epson just provide us a replacement unit. This printer was bought for our work which is suffering nwo.

Ürün çok güzel. Amazon satıcısından aldım. Baskı hızı ve kalitesi çok güzel. En önemli özelliği hızlı çift taraflı baskı alabilmesi. Neredeyse lazer bir fotokopi kadar hızlı basıyor. Ben öğretmenim. Öğrencilerim için çıktı alırken işimi çok kolaylaştırıyor. İlk gelen ürünün mürekkep deposu kırılmıştı. Hiç tereddüt etmeden değişim işlemi başlattılar. Stokta kalan son ürünü de eski ürün gelene kadar beklemeden gönderdiler. Amazon'un bu satış sonrası hizmetlerini çok seviyorum. Ürün garantisi bir yıl önce başlamış görünüyor, ancak fatura ile birlikte Epson'a başvurunca garanti süresi yeniden başlatılıyor. Her şey için teşekkürler.
