There may have been older versions of our product sold by dealers, but we no longer allow anyone to sell on . We want you to have the absolute best experience with our products and service. Note: This version has the new PVC-free clear nipple which is much softer than our previous colored nipples. Pacifeeder hands-free baby bottle promotes doctor recommended semi-upright feeding positions to help reduce ear infections. Our 2-way rotating strap attaches Pacifeeder to any car seat, stroller, baby carrier, etc. Our SmartFlow™ system adjusts flow based on baby's needs and prevents the nipple from leaking (no need for various flow nipples). Only Pacifeeder's nipple stays full of liquid until the bottle is empty to reduce ingestion of air (reducing colic). We protect our liquid flow tube with the patented FlexGuard™ to prevent baby from disconnecting the system. Our specially cut draw tube at the bottom of the bottle prevents tubing from blocking liquid flow. A flat cut can cause blockage. I bought this because it said the nipple stays full until bottle is gone unlike other self feeding bottles. The nipple  is only ever full when I prime it
