Nothing but issues and I returned the cameras.

These are basically Hikvision DS-2CD2042WD cameras, whiteboxed/ODMed for Oco. This isn't necessarily a bad thing. For a small markup, you get device support from a North American company. I just wish I'd known this before paying that markup. The Hikvision's work fine with iVideon and my Synology Diskstation, Surveillance Station application.

Despite the set up being a bit of a pain I find the cameras are clear, allow me access no matter where I am, and give me a sense of presence when I am not in my house. I do use these for indoor use mind you so I cannot attest to outdoor capabilities. I actually plan to buy a few more cameras to add to my current 4 but that will come with time.

Easy to install and use. Great picture even on cell phone. Must enroll in a plan to save the video events. Had to call support when first setting up and had slight language issues.

Excellent Excellent customer service!!! Outstanding cameras! The indoor Oco2 was much easier me to set up. I am a senior citizen and the newer technology is a little more tricky for me. But oCO 2 is so simple and easy. I am able to check on my pets where ever I am. The two way talk is perfect for when my little try to be sneaky., I just tell them no!!The speaker is clear and crisp.I must apologize for my earlier post. It was a error It was a error on my part. The outdoor cameras have excellent clear night vision. The sd card is so secure , you can not tell that it is there. Due to my age it was a bit confusing but customer service was amazing! Most companies transfer you five times before you get anywhere . Not oOC ! They will work with you until you are satisfied. If you accidentally become disconnected they will call you right back. They even go as far to give you a courtesy call a day or two later!I love the cameras and I love the company.Just a little old ladyT
