I really like it and it is just about perfect for working on grip strength. The tension was about right. I can collapse it almost completely, but only a few times so far. I did notice what others had pointed out about the little fingers being overpowered by having the same spring as the others. However, I found that the placement of the little bump on the bottom is critical. After moving it around in my palm, I found a location that almost equalized the action, making the little fingers almost as effective as the others.
