Is this pan appropriate for using to roast vegetables at a high temp, like 450 degrees?

Not imo because it would be messy fast if you didn't use a liner (vegetable juice leaking through holes, and if you did, it would defeat the purpose of the pan imo. Makes a great cheese sandwich or pizza or puff pastry desserts though

How do you clean out the crumbs that fall under the perforated holes?

I always use parchment paper when using all my pans
