Great salt alternative!
So grateful that this is available here! For those on a sodium restricted diet, this still provides a close enough taste of salt to food.

Best No salt substitute
Best salt substitute in the market for a salt replacement. Texture is like table salt, but again because itโs Potassium chloride itโs best in cooking and not on its own as it will taste bitter (nature of potassium chloride)

Good substitute
Tried it today on my eggs. The salt taste is there and acceptable. Down sides IMHO are the high potassium (not me personally) and the insane cost. Must have powdered gold in it๐.

No sodium diet
It is potassium based no salty taste but not meant for seasoning or flavoring (baking)

Disgusting. Ruined the food. We read it's not good for you either. You have to be careful how much you take in.

Had to try it.
Ok I was sent home from the hospital with heart failure and told I couldn't have more than 2000mg of sodium a day. I soon found out just about everything has salt in it. I very fast found out that food without sodium is blah and sometimes went in the trash. I got this with the hopes of getting some flavor back. This stuff works well in some recipes and in others seems to just get lost. I'm still trying it in different things to know what it works best with. I gave it 3stars because it works in only half of the stuff I've tried it in.

Tastes like regular salt
I bought this for a friend who has Meniere's disease and can consume very little sodium. Too much causes vertigo and tinnitus. Her food is very bland, but this salt substitute is a blessing. She's able to enjoy her meals now.
