Excellent customer service! I’ll definitely be purchasing from this seller again. The quality is great and my child uses it every day, and the wheels roll perfectly with no issues. The size is just right for elementary school, and the lunch box is both adorable and practical. Overall, I’m very satisfied. My child’s friend has the same one and loves it too!

Cute when you first buy but by the middle of the year the ears fell off. It was like the thread was dry rot. We took the wheel part off because it was to bulky and heavy for back. It is easy to clean which is a big deal for me.

This backpack set was a huge hit with our second grader. She was intent on getting a rollable backpack and most of the ones we saw were too tacky to consider purchasing with any seriousness. Needless to say, we were thrilled to find this set and especially so because our 7 year old picked it out over the rest. Whew. It arrived and was a huge hit with our kid and her school friends (boys and girls). We had some concerns over the durability of the sequins, but we haven't lost a single one despite some unavoidable rough-housing. We walk her to school biweekly and the wheels are in great shape still. The compartments are roomy and though we have a Bento box for her lunch, we put it in the black cat lunch bag that comes with this set and really enjoy that snacks that don't fit into the Bento box aren't overlooked by her (something that happened with her previous backpack). All elements are excellent value, especially at this price. To top it off, we noticed an issue with a small part (clip) and the seller was prompt in responding and mailing over a replacement (with extras!) free of charge…which arrived in half the time they estimated. I was happy to pay for the replacement part and would have recommended the product regardless, but having received such excellent customer service, I have to encourage others considering this product to move forward with the buy. Again, excellent quality, value, and customer service.

Granddaughter liked it at first she’s seven. I noticed when you pull it the wheels turn and the backpack doesn’t go straight. So it’s a pain in the butt.

The bag is of good quality.

Very cute . I really like it . The only issue is that my daughter weights like 45 pounds and the book bag 30 pounds , just Imagine when she has her books , lunch box etc. She use it with the wheels . I feel the wheels and metal make it heavier .
