It snaps on and if you need to move it around (until you've found the "right" spot to suit you) it's easy to snap off and move. I love it. You can't find one any better. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Didn't work for my needs *by G***L on August 14, 2025* Might have worked better if I wasn't moving around outside a lot. The concept was good but the top piece kept slipping up and coming off very easily and the bottom wasn't big enough for the tip of my cane. I tried Velcro at the bottom and that helped but the top piece still didn't want to stay connected to the Drive Medical rollator.
