Great price since garments always need to be replaced after 3-6 months of steady use. I've used Gottfried and Juzo, which are great. The Juzo snags a lot. This one feels good on my skin grafts. I get good compression throughout the skin and my pain is reduced. The sling is kind of thick and wide, too bulky for me and under shirts. Compression sleeves with an armband seemed to make my lymphedema worse as did using a separate glove/mitt with a shoulder strap. This one is all one piece, I can use the strap that comes with it or just attach it to a tank top or bra strap, it even stays up moderately well not attached to anything. I also appreciate that they make the "catch" side of the Velcro a bit bigger than the "hook" side so it's easy to catch all the hooks.
