I’ve been using GHOST Pump for a few weeks now and it’s honestly one of the better non-stim pre-workouts I’ve tried. The pumps are very noticeable—full, tight, and long-lasting, especially during upper body workouts. It really helps with mind-muscle connection without any jitters or crash. The pineapple flavor is actually really good—sweet but not overpowering, and it mixes well with no clumping. I also like that it’s stimulant-free, so I can stack it with caffeine when I want or use it on late workouts without affecting my sleep. Price is a bit on the higher side, but considering the quality and how well it works, I think it’s worth it. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for better pumps and endurance without stimulants.

Ghost is always on point with their flavors, Peach was no exception. It really does taste exactly like those candy peach rings, I was very impressed. The actual effect was excellent too, I took just one and a half scoops (no clumping btw), not the full two scoops, and I felt the effects really kick in about a half hour later. Clean energy that helped me get through chest day. It also made me feel really great after the gym, more energy than I've had for an afternoon lift in a long time. This will be my new nightly pre-workout for the gym. Good stuff.

Ghost non-stim pre-workouts are a good option to have in your pre-workout rotation supplement cabinet. The best thing about this product is the flavor. I like how they incorporate citrulline and NO3 in their formula as well. It's a very good pump blend. The product itself is not chalky and dissolves in water good and as silly as it sounds their scoop and lid width is actually wide, firm and well designed so you aren't throwing dust everywhere trying to scoop it out like some products out there. I don't like that there are 40 scoops in this and you basically have to double scoop to get a relevant dose of product. Normally my pre-workouts last a month and this one goes 20 days. Overall, a pretty good product that can be put in your supplement arsenal but for the lack of value it's not on my "must have on hand" list always in my supplement cabinet. If you don't use many supplements or products and only workout 2-3 days a week this would be a solid product for you and it is a good non-stimulant formula that will give you a good pump and leave you with a little in the tank to finish pushing some big weight at the tail end of your workout.

The peach flavor is definitely very strong, but it is quite tasty. Just make sure you cut it with enough water, or the sour/sweetness will have you grimacing. I went caffeine-free for a month, so I was looking for something that was stim-free that could still serve as a great pre-workout. This was a great option, as it gives you something to look forward to before going to the gym, and it definitely gives you a nice meaty pump. Pro tip, add a couple pinches of salt, or eat a tablespoon of honey in addition to the Ghost powder for the craziest pump you've ever had. Product is definitely a little expensive at about a dollar per serving, but most gym centered products are, so this is nothing new. Overall would recommend!

My favorite non stem preworkout, perfect for a good pump and no caffeine buzz or tingling. I like to work out later in the day and it doesn’t mess with my sleep, also helps me sweat

For context I’ve only used this on 2 dif occasions. The first time I took one scoop. Went to the gym 30 min later and felt slightly puffed up as I lifted for maybe 5 min. After that I felt like I was deflating. The second time I used this I tried 2 scoops and 1 scoop of ghost gamer just for a kick of energy. This time I honestly felt no puffed up feeling at all. I did however get that itchy sensation on my face and other random spots. But I didn’t feel any extra endurance or anything during my “pump”. The flavor is a little too sweet for me but not nasty. It’s not chalky but goes down a little thicker than water. Good texture. I give it 1 star simply because for the price I don’t feel that it does enough. I will definitely do some more testing but was hoping I wouldn’t need to if that makes sense. Was hoping on my first day I’d be like wow I really feel this stuff.

UPDATE: OK, I've tried all of the flavors other than "natty" at this point. All of them are "meh" as stated below - not gross, but not great, either. And FWIW, Warheads Sour Watermelon remains my least favorite. Not sure why ghost dropped the ball on the flavors here, but whatever. The main reason I'm updating my post is that this is literally the only NO supplement I've tried that has dependably reduced my blood pressure. I've taken several different brands of NO supplement, and none of them really did anything noticeable. Ghost Pump has knocked around 20s points off of my systolic and 5-10 off my diastolic numbers, dependably, when I take it. I'm not saying it'll do the same for you - I was shocked to see the result myself - but I don't care if the flavors are meh when I get that kind of result. Upping my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. And, no, no one from ghost even knows I exist, let alone hit me up to get me to change my mediocre review to a positive one. Previous 3-star Review: Meh. NGL, the flavor is seriously lacking on this one. I was hoping it'd be more or less the same as their Sour Patch Kid watermelon BCAAs, which goes hard but has a *ton* of red dye in it, like enough that spills stain stuff. This is more like watery sourness with a hint of watermelon flavor. It's not gross, but it's definitely not delicious, either. Flavor is about all that sets ghost apart, so not a great look. I'll finish this tub but I'll probably skip the ghost NO mix in the future.
