Curious Columbus Quiet Book – Away We Go Busy Book for Toddlers, Montessori Airplane Travel Toy for Preschool and Early Learning

These books are just wonderful. They are made of excellent quality material and look really good. The children will sit for hours, on long journeys, lost in the fun of the books. They are excellent for improving fine motor skills and showing children how to learn, to tie bows etc. No more bored children moaning on long journeys. An excellent purchase and well worth the cost. Perfect.

Brilliant idea to keep toddlers entertained on a plane

Bought this for a two-year old to use on a long haul flight from UK to Australia. Uhm-ed and ah-ed for a while, given the cost, but decided to go for it, given the positive reviews. Given the age range (3-6), figured we’ll get a lot of use out of it. So pleased with it, I bought a second one!! The only slight downside with using it for a younger child, is that we some of the pieces were flung on the floor, so had to round them up at the end of the journey.

I purchased this book for my 20 month old just before we went on a long haul flight from UK to USA. I was sceptical on the price….considering it’s a book for toddlers. She’s loves this book, but it made no difference to our flight and entertaining. It’s super lightweight however, it’s quite bulky in the fact it’s about a thin book and does take up quite a bit of room in your bag. My little one loved this however and in particular she loved the seatbelts which you can clip and unclip. I will say, as some of the pieces are quite small they are easy to misplace and we have lost one of the numbers. It has however kept her entertained quite a lot! I personally don’t think it was worth the price but it’s a sweet book.

Love the brand anyway, this was another one to add. Excellent quality, engaging and easy to transport.

The idea of this product is brilliant. The materials used however need to be improved. My little one fell in love with this book as soon as she saw it but after one play the seat belts have already frayed to the point the clips are falling off. Some of the velcro dots could also do with being slightly larger to keep the bits from falling off as items such as the clothes repeatedly fall off. Overall love the concept but definitely not worth the money as it currently stands.

Unfortunately we found that many parts of this book easily broke despite being very gently played with. The clips on the astronaut belt were not very sturdy and snapped almost immediately. The fabric feels a lot cheaper and the stitching is far less sturdy than their other books.

Not going to lie - this was about four pages of felt for £40 Wouldnt recommend- felt like i was daylight robbery. Many more wonderful books and toys for this price. Returned before even using due to the disappoint of what I received

Very happy with purchase. Book is a quality item and with enough activities to help entertain a 3 year old.

Quality is so good. I originally purchased this in 2023 for my then 1 year old and she still loves it. We bring it out occasionally and whilst at the age of 1 she just enjoyed pulling everything out of the book, now at 3 years old she has more imaginative play with it. I had first stressed about the cost of this book but after having for 2 years and being used by 2 kids it is worth the investment.

I really like the concept of these quiet books and prefer them over any noisy electronic gadgets and devices. These are fantastic as a distraction at Doctor's appointment and in the car as oppose to electronic gadgets & toys. I personally find electronic toys to be so annoying with their high-pitched voices, repetitive phrases & ear-, piercing tones.
